Returns & Exchanges

In Store Purchases: 

Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase. For a full refund, items must be returned within 7 days or 14 days for exchange. Proof of purchase must be provided.  Any returns beyond this time will not be authorised.

Goods must be returned to us in original condition, unworn, with the original labels attached. The goods must be unwashed, unscented and in the same condition as original product. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our returns policy and the right to make changes to these terms at any time. 

Refunds may take several days to show in your account. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions for further information.

Please note we are unable to accept returns on any item of jewellery and can only issue an exchange on our watches.

Order Processing Time. Please allow up to 2 working days for one of our Soul Sisters to process your order.  (Please note we are unable to process any orders received after 12pm on Friday until 10am Tuesday morning)

Postal returns. Items must be sent back to us within 10 days from date of delivery receipt. We do not offer exchanges on postal returns. Any returns beyond this time will not be authorised.

Delivery Checks. All goods are checked and digitally recorded prior to dispatch. 

Delivery Provider. Deliveries are made by myHermes courier service and require a signature upon delivery. 

Out Of Stock Items. Occasionally items purchased through our online shop may be unavailable  If this does happen we will contact you immediately to discuss your options.

We currently only ship within the UK.
